My name is Beverley Webster and I help people to Think Better, so that they can Feel and Act more effectively.

I provide counselling to adults and young people aged 17+ in a safe and supportive environment where you can talk about your mental health concerns.

I recognise and value the diversity and the uniqueness of every person and this approach underpins all my work. With this in mind, I qualified as a Pluralistic Counsellor which means that I offer a range of approaches tailored to suit your individual needs. I specialise in CBT but may also provide other approaches such as Humanistic, Existential and Narrative.

Think Better services include individual Counselling, Coaching and Workplace Training. Think Better programmes are designed to help people develop personal leadership skills, emotional intelligence (EI) and emotional resilience.

I have an extensive portfolio working with a range of individuals and organisations delivering programmes such as Mental Health First Aid, WRAP and See Change in the workplace.
